• To review the capability of the user (who requests the data) to appropriately use the data using the data provided by the probable user over the internet by filling up the registration form on the www.indepth-ishare.org website.
• To assess integrity of the user in using the data.
• To support the user, if required by answering queries related to the shared data.
• To streamline the data sharing process amongst the sites and over the internet in the public domain.
• To give approval or rejection to the applicants/user who has requested the data by sending an email message to the Systems Administrators of the website, at this moment the International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT) , Hinjewadi.
• This approval is expected to be given within 15 days of receipt of the duly filled in registration form from the applicant/probable user.
