    Data Collection Notes

    Before each round update, refresher trainings for field workers, supervisors, data manager, data editors and surveillance team are given.
    Field data collectors are high school complete and residents of the respective assigned area.
    Questionnaires

    The questionnaires are designed to capture the core HDSS information which includes the baseline, birth, inmigration, outmigration and death along with the other questionnaires.
